Not long ago, being reliant on a Motorized Wheel Chair offered a person two options; maintain the required upper body strength to transport yourself, or hire someone else to push you around every day. Needless to say, not every wheelchair bound person can rely on a fit and working upper body. Not many people have the money to employ a professional attendant, and it is even rarer to have a family member or friend with the time and dedication which are essential to be an attendant. The good news is, today we enjoy motorized wheelchairs that permit us to maintain our independence without compromising someone else.

Each year, many people are forced to miss out on activities they enjoy because of sciatica-related pain. The sciatic nerve runs from the lower back all the way down the legs, and the pain associated with sciatica can be severe. Sciatica can be caused by many issues including herniated discs, bone spurs, poor posture, obesity, weak muscles, and major trauma. We have a strategy, that you may not be aware of, for helping you to improve your concentration. Adults have grown to depend on calculators to do all of our adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing. Since we rarely do any calculations in our own heads, our math skills are likely lacking. Even the easiest math will prove challenging if you are out of practice.
