Ways Chiropractic Helps Alleviate Pain From Auto Accidents In Daphne

Written by Emilia Canale on August 25th, 2010

An auto accident can be very traumatic, even when there are no visible injuries. Most people do not think about getting checked if they are not in pain and some injuries do not begin to cause pain until days or weeks after the accident. By then, the pain can be so severe that an individual may be debilitated for a long while. Therefore, it is important to spend some time being checked out by a Daphne chiropractor after an auto accident whether you feel pain or not. By seeing the chiropractor before you experience pain, you can oftentimes avoid the severity of pain that would occur if you waited to go.

Roller Girls Bring A Dead Sport Into The 21st Century

Written by Ross Everett on July 1st, 2010

Roller Derby was never really a big deal in the US, but has been around forever and was a staple of the early days of television. It was similar in its promotional format to its better known “sports entertainment” cousin, professional wrestling. It was frequently seen in the same bad timeslots on the same low powered UHF TV stations, and it was run by the same loose confederation of promoters and businessmen that characterized the regional territory era of pro wrestling. That’s where the similarity to wrestling ends–it’s storylines made pro wrestling angles look like high drama. While there is a definite history to the sport–great teams like the LA T-Birds and Bay Bombers, and legendary skaters like Ann Calvello it never really stuck in the public consciousness like the pre-Hulk Hogan era of pro wrestling.

Marathon Training Schedule

Written by Mark Edwards on June 7th, 2010

Marathon training for your first marathon isn’t as difficult as you may anticipate. The main issue I see with very first time marathoners is that they don’t follow a verified step-by-step marathon training program that is specifically created to take their training towards the best level. If you are like most novice marathon runners then you will be all excited at the beginning of your marathon running and hit the pavement relatively solidly. This really is the way most beginner marathoners prepare for their very first marathon. However, the problem with this is that not only will your motivation begin to drop but you’re also more likely to develop an injury.

Marathon Training

Written by Thomas Matthews on June 6th, 2010

Marathon training for your first marathon isn’t as difficult as you might anticipate. The main problem I see with first time marathoners is the fact that they don’t follow a verified step-by-step marathon instruction plan that is particularly created to take their marathon training towards the best level. If you are like most novice marathon runners then you’ll be all excited at the beginning of your marathon training and hit the pavement fairly hard. This is the way most beginner marathoners prepare for their very first marathon. However, the issue with this is that not only will your motivation begin to drop but you’re also much more likely to get an injury.
