Great video about the FRAUD done to this woman by New York Life (N.Y Life) & their criminal agent Suk-ku Lim who now plays ‘businessman’ in Virginia.
Not surprising that courts have a short Statute of Limitations-they’re in bed with BIG BUSINESS, and Insurance is one of THE biggest.
SHAME ON YOU N.Y LIFE INSURANCE for stealing a working woman’s money through your criminal agent and keeping it via a technicality.
SHAME VIRGINIA COURTS, for having a statute of limitations on clear FRAUD!
@NYLifeInsuranceFraud I personally must agree with you . I am a college student in the medical field ,insurance companies don’t care about customers’ all they care about is about how much money they will make regardless of the situation
I also used to sell life insurance ,and our supervisor told us to sell the policy no matter what . she would say “sell the policy who cares if they are already covered”
I would never sign any contracts, insurance policy, documents without advice and security from a lawyer or even two… always have a backup from a lawyer, ALWAYS !
$3000 policy premium per month with no lawyer on your side, prior to signing policy ? sometimes people wish to save some $ without realizing how much they risk for the future… they also trust these assholes insurance Co. etc.
Remember, insurance agent is not your friend nor on your side !
Lawyers are, when you pay them, they do all this legal documents exchange and making sure you sign a document beneficial to you, and lawyer follows all closely.
Trust no one !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! use your common sense
If anyone cares the phone number to that guy’s company is 703-750-9111.
I called, but the person who answered didn’t really know about it.
Im just curious how were you able to afford the 3k a month for the policy?
NEW YORK LIFE HURTS PEOPLE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE INDUSTRY.
WHY ELSE WOULD THEY HAVE BEEN FINED MORE THAN $2,000,000.00
16 TIMES IN THE LAST FIVE YEARS?
WHY ELSE WOULD THEY HAVE BEEN FINED MORE THAN 350 TIMES FOR FILLING LATE WITH FINRA(NASD)?
HOW DO THEY JUSTIFY TELLING LIES IN US COURT ABOUT THEIR OWN PAYROLL PRACTICES?
Someone that seeks “INSURANCE”, regardless of what kind…is acting irresponsibly. You only get insurance because you want someone else to be responsible…because you are irresponsible. We have been ‘trained’ to seek limited liability because we refuse to assume unlimited liability for our actions.
@younitehumanity huh?
OMG it is sad but this is how America has been surviving for the last century. Making rich a few and making poor poorer. Its the system. The strongest survive the weakest…
Insurance in america is a BIG scam.
@younitehumanity True, but states like South Carolina require you to have different types of insurance. You’re likely FORCED to get car insurance in this state, or go to jail. Sucks, but that’s the truth.
@visionimagify You are talking about Truth? Your opinion is only based on what you know…not on what you don’t know. Insurance is only required for motor vehicles…not for automobiles. They are not the same. Watch my videos and you will perhaps understand that you are not reqired to have a Driver’s License, Registration or Insurance.
sounds like its not really New York Life, but more the agent and the leagl system. NYL fired the clown and the statutes of Limitations is a legal system issue.
I still don’t understand what the fraud is against New York Life- just sounds like that agent is an idiot
I LOVE this company! The company paid claims on a policy that was lapsed and not paid for 5 years in my family when my step-father died!!!!! NEW YORK LIFE KEEPS ITS PROMISES AND PAID US 2 million dollars. it doesn’t sound like that company frauded you—-you propbably didn’t fully understand what was being sold to you.
@younitehumanity You are a retard. Simple example for your dumbass…a new college grad couples gets married, has a baby, the wife stays home to take care of the baby. Then one day husband dies in a car wreck. Who will take care of the wife and the baby? You will? You are dumbass.
I work for NYL before. This comp doesn’t treat their employees all that well either. Many will say I am a loser and I sucked but I am now making 80k working as an analyst. They will hire anyone and everyone and throw you against wall and whoever sticks sticks. Prospecting $ comes out of your pocket. This is a profitable comp. But who wouldn’t make profit if employees are only paid when a sale is made? Sure .001% of the employees are successful but the rest of em end up with bad credit, bad debt.
@Buttanator The wife will get a job and take care of the baby. It is all about personal responsibility. Insurance companies deliberately use fear to sell their products. They don’t do this because they care for the individual…they do it strictly for profit and profit only. I know a thing or two about Ins. companies…they are crooks.
Justice? Justice for what? What exactly did the agent do that was wrong?? This video makes no sense from start to end.
good luck madam. power to you. remember AIG was an insurance company too. big big frauds. CIA level conspiracies. Spitzer called Greenberg (CEO of AIG) a “Scum”.
it’s true. insurance is dirty business. but verrrry big.
MADAM, TELL YOUR CHILDREN TO TAKE YOU TO FORMER ATTORNEY GENERAL ELLIOT SPITZER’S OFFICE IN NYC. MAYBE HE CAN HELP.
HE BROKE THE BACK OF AIG EVEN BEFORE THEIR 2008 FINANCIAL CRISIS SCAM. HE MADE THEIR CEO A PUBLIC SHAMING.
DO IT RIGHT AWAY.
I think you have a powerful story, that needs to be told. Maybe you should get back at the company by getting your insurance license, & correct what you see as a misjustice. Let me know if you are interested in getting your license, & your revenge. I can help.
Hello Kyung Kim
New York Life was wrong letting this agent doing such sales work.
But since NYLife is a mutual insurance company, I think they did not earn money.
The money they earned won’t go to their pockets, instead, the profits goes to the policyholders. This is exactly how mutual insurance company works, the company is actually owned by policyholders.
