Personal Computers, no matter how advanced they become, will always need maintenance from their users. As equipment, they break down if not correctly cared for. In the case of our computers, one of the signs that the pc is needing servicing is when it runs slower. This can be in the form of applications taking too long to start up, repeated hanging, and some hesitation when certain processes are being run.
