Whenever you call your insurer, your agent should give you full and complete attention. If they do not, then immediately call the agents manager and demand satisfaction. Don’t ever let someone that is paid to render a service to you, give you lousy service. If the need arises to file an insurance claim, you should make sure you know who the contact person is.
